The challenge. Multiple clients engaged Equiton to lead or support strategic corporate transactions — situations where the financial, legal, and stakeholder complexity requires dedicated transactional expertise rather than general advisory.

What Equiton does. Equiton’s mandates across these engagements include:

• Company sale processes: preparing financial materials, managing buyer engagement, and structuring deal terms

• Senior debt fundraising: structuring credit proposals, coordinating with lenders, and managing the process to term sheet and close

• Equity capital raising: preparing investment materials, managing investor outreach, and supporting valuation and terms negotiation

• Corporate reorganisations: developing restructuring plans, coordinating stakeholder processes, and managing execution
